These parts are produced from stainless steel, carbon steel or selected alloy steel using silica-sol investment casting, followed by CNC machining where accurate bores, threads, ports and flange faces are required.
As a China investment casting manufacturer and factory, we review each custom drawing before tooling. The engineering check covers wall thickness, draft, machining allowance, datum selection, tolerance and inspection access. This reduces avoidable corrections during sample production and supports stable batch quality.
Our production route can include wax tooling, shell building, melting and pouring, heat treatment, shot blasting, machining, polishing and dimensional inspection. Typical component weight is 0.1–50 kg, with casting tolerance commonly planned to ISO 8062 CT5–CT6 according to part geometry and process requirements.
